Are There Any 8600 GT Graphics Card That have…?
I am non stop on the
move for excellent info on
new technology. This morning, I
come across a really
excellent article that discusses technology from a new
perspective. Today’s find is titled Are there any 8600 GT graphics card that have...? .
Question by Tobi: Are there any 8600 GT graphics card that have...?
Is there a 8600 GT graphics card that have all of the following:
-HDCP compliant (HDTV obviously with this as well)
-No additional power supply needed except from being powered by pcie slot alone
-all Solid Capacitors and no Electrolytic Capacitor
http://www.gigabyte.com.tw/FileList/NewTech/2006_motherboard_newtech/article_02_all_solid.htm
-SLI compliant
-32 shader processors
-GDDR3 Ram(amount can be however much it needs to be)
-DirectX 10
-Able to run s-video
The closest I found to all these specs was:
XFX Fatal1ty 8600 GT
(s-video, I don't know if you just need an adapter or just buy a separate cable for it to work or not for it to work, can someone confirm that it will work if a separate s-video cable plugged into the card will work)
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814150238
and
ASUS 8600GT 512MB
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814121097
(solid capacitors I was looking for wasn't there)
Anyone who finds a graphics card that have all the specs or confirms that the XFX 8600 GT Fatal1ty can work with s-video when you buy a separate s-video adapter will get 10 points

ummm
I've yet to hear of a graphics card needing it's own power.
- wh ocares about the capacitors?
- sli is only important if you're buying two
- dx 10 is all the nvidia 8 series, only in vista.
I thought you might be some kind of overclocking extremist, but then you're looking for an 8600 and not an 8800?
