i was thinking that maybe we could make very high towers which have a super powerful wireless connection that could cover the whole city(one for different cities) and everyone will be able to use it and pay through it through tax?

Not only possible, but it has been put into practical appliation in some locations already:

The hardware is a bit different than what you imagined, but the general idea is similar. The reason you couldn't do a single "very high tower [with a] super powerful wireless connecion" is because a wireless connection is just another form of radio signal. A single tower pumping out enough WiFi signal to blanket a city would interfere with other radio sources. That's why city-wide WiFi will be implemented much like cellular service: multiple lower-power towers strategically placed around the city.
So your idea is not as far-fetched as it may seem. The general idea of what you present is already reality in some locations!

The third hand,
I am of the senior citizen class of 1938. I have had many tools in my lifetime with a keen eye always on the lookout for something new and useful.
Well I found one that covers both criteria and even though I have owned it for about 3 months it has been well used.
Anyone that does any amount of household maintence will be delighted with the Black & Decker SmartDriver with the Magnetic Screw Holder. It makes every job much easier and that is why I titled the review “The third hand.”

One big drawback,
This would have been be the last cordless screwdriver I would ever buy if it wasn’t for one tiny detail; battery life is horrible. I was very disappointed when I ran out of battery after drilling 8 (eight) 1.5″ screws into drywall. Excellent torque on the first four screws though. If you can afford it, I recommend you buy 2 and use them for very light projects since the battery can not be replaced on these. Otherwise, save your money and buy a real cordless drill!
