There is no enough understanding,laws and one command central system against high-tech crimes to protect the people.It is truly scary. Think about a computer hacker sitting in Russia or Pakistan who does mischief with FBI to unlock important data or transfer funds from your bank account to his account. To catch this bastard 20 people from different countries has to work hard. And after that there is no sufficient provision to penalize the guilty person.
